To truly be mindful, I think it helps to believe if we are meant to know about something we will. If we are meant to remember something we will. If we are meant to experience something we will. It has been such an enjoyable and interesting experience and I think I have learnt as much from the children as they have from me. What is Resilience? it is one of those words we hear a lot of these days, especially when it comes to our children. I don’t like it! (The word, that is). I decided to figure out why I don’t like it.
