This morning at 7am I was feeling good as I walked from my car into Pilates. It was early so my mind hadn't started racing yet and I was tuned into my surrounds. I have been burning the candle at both ends, last night I stayed up until 1am knowing the other end of the candle would not be lit and excited about my pending sleep in. Well, things didn’t happen to plan, or maybe they did! At … [Read more...] about OMG! This is So Frustrating! Or Is It?
