This morning at 7am I was feeling good as I walked from my car into Pilates. It was early so my mind hadn't started racing yet and I was tuned into my surrounds. To truly be mindful, I think it helps to believe if we are meant to know about something we will. If we are meant to remember something we will. If we are meant to experience something we will. This week I complete the first ‘Be Unreal’ program in a primary school. It has been such an enjoyable and interesting experience and I think I have learnt as much from the children as they have from me.
